My husband booked Marcel as a surprise to cook the meal for a family party for my 60th birthday. When I met Marcel I was very impressed with his professionalism! Also, when I went to see him in the kitchen, the food was prepped and ready for cooking, all beautifully prepared and every attention to detail made. The food was fabulous! A great variety was available to choose from, served expertly by Hannah. I would highly recommend Marcel as your chef for a special occasion. You will not be disappointed!

Marcel catered for our hen do of 25 people. He was always prompt at replying and super helpful. The food was amazing (we had the Mexican sharing menu). Everyone commented about how fantastic it tasted, there was loads of variety and plenty of it (we had leftovers for the next day!). He accommodated multiple dietary requirements and navigated the rental accommodation kitchen with no fuss! He and his waitress were also super friendly and supportive on the night. Thanks Marcel, I highly recommend.

I booked Marcel for my Hen Do at a campsite. Despite the limited facilities and space, Marcel created an outstanding tapas menu. It was truly a culinary delight!

Yesterday we had the pleasure of being served by Marcel and his sister at my friends hen do. From start to finish our experience with Marcel was seamless - brilliant menu options, fast responses and easy organisation.
On the day they arrived two hours before our eating time and kept completely out of the way whilst 15 girls were getting ready around the house. At the exact time as planned our food was served and every one of our three courses was absolutely delicious. All of the food was hot and everybody ate at the same time - which was extra impressive as they served us in the garden area which was away from the kitchen.
I would highly recommend Marcel to anyone for large party catering needs. They even left us the leftovers which we quickly got through at the end of our evening!

Marcel was absolutely brilliant. We had the 9 course tasting menu and each course was delicious. I can honestly say that we enjoyed Marcel’s cooking more than some Michelin star restaurants we have visited. Marcel was also very considerate of my father’s health condition and even left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he arrived! We have no hesitation in recommending him

Marcel catered for our wedding. He was brilliant from the get go. Great communication and we were able to have exactly what we wanted because Marcel was so flexible with his menu. Everything was provided and the service was professional. The service appeared smooth and effortless although it was evident how much hard work was going on behind the scenes. All the guests said the food was great and there was truly plenty of it. I can highly recommend Marcel. He delivered exactly what we asked for and contributed immensely to the success of our day.

We hired Marcel for my fathers 60th birthday dinner. We had the 9 course tasting menu which was delicious! Marcel was excellent, very professional and efficient and the food was delicious. Will definitely be using his services in the future.

Marcel came to our rented accommodation in Snettisham to prepare and serve a three course dinner for 18 people. His approach and cleanliness when preparing the meal was excellent. Canapés were served by Marcel and his assistant in a professional manner.
The first course was smoked mackerel served on a bed of creme fraiche potato salad, the hint of horseradish made the dish very tasty. Main was duo of lamb. An abundance of freshly cooked vegetables accompanied the meal. The lamb was perfect being slightly pink and extremely tender.
Dessert was apple pie and I understand it was also very good, however after having two substantial courses I didn't need it.
The kitchen was left perfectly clean and tidy by Marcel and his staff.
I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I was blown away by the whole experience, its a very slick operation with Marcel arriving with all supplies, including crockery, cutlery and everything to cook meal.
I was amazed at watching him make the canapes searing beef, then making miniature beef wellingtons and other delicious nibbles to start. His organisational skills are incredible and as a proficient home cook I was genuinely amazed how easy he made cooking 5 more course for 10 people by himself was.
On top of this Marcel is a great guy, speaking to myself and some of my guests who had various questions whilst he was working, not ever looking stressed!!
A fantastic meal and my wife loved it, a really Special night and big thanks to chef Marcel - thank you from myself and my wife!!

Absolutely wonderful experience letting Marcel loose in our kitchen, for a very special occasion! Could not fault a single thing. We had a 7 course tasting menu and every single bite was delightful! The attention to detail in the presentation, the flavour and the combination of ingredients is something I'd love to be able to achieve. But whilst I cannot, I would always call Marcel! I would recommend his services all day long (and will do, to anyone who will listen!) and hope to book again in the not too distant future. If you need a private chef, for a special occasion, or just because you want one, Marcel is definitely your man! He was polite, professional and also gave us interesting information about the food he was serving. Do it! Book it! You will definitely not regret it!
