For more than 20 years, I’ve dedicated myself to creating more than just a meal—I craft experiences. My journey as a chef has taken me across the globe, immersing me in diverse culinary landscapes and allowing me to refine my skills in managing food-centered enterprises with precision and creativity.

My passion for excellence is rooted in these worldwide experiences, and I’m driven to deliver not just quality, but also complete customer satisfaction. Every menu I design is a careful balance of flavours, crafted to offer a selection that’s both enticing and memorable.

In 2019, I launched Private Chef Marcel in response to a growing trend toward home-based entertainment and the desire for restaurant-quality dining in the comfort of private settings. The decision was reinforced by incredible opportunities throughout my career, such as working at high-profile events like a £1 million wedding in North London, attended by luminaries including Elton John and Kevin Spacey.

My career path has taken me from renowned venues in London, like 195 Piccadilly—the home of BAFTA—to prestigious destinations such as Caribbean cruise ships and Scottish estates. I’ve always remained committed to creating fresh, balanced dishes that showcase top-quality ingredients without overcomplicating flavours.

In 2023, my passion for exceptional service and the desire to expand led me to launch Finesse Catering UK. This new venture allows me to bring my expertise to larger, more upscale events, complementing the bespoke, intimate experiences I continue to offer through my private chef services.
